RECOMMEND REPLACING ALL TIMING COMPONENTS AS WELL AS THE WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND SPARK PLUGS. ALL THIS NEEDS TO COME APART TO SERVICE THE PHASERS AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. SPARK PLUGS ARE RECOMMENDED DUE TO MILEAGE
- TIMING CHAIN – Remove & Replace – Left or Both – [Includes: R&I Camshaft Sprocket.]
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.

- INSPECTED AND FOUND THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS LEAKING HORRIBLY, WHOEVER DID THE MANIFOLD JOB PUT BOLTS IN CROOKED, NOT TIGHT, WRONG SIZE. HEADS WILL NEED TO BE PULLED TO REPAIR AND THERE IS A BROKEN 2 BROKEN BOLTS AS WELL. CAN TRY AND REPAIR WHAT THEY DID BUT THERE WILL BE NO WAY OF TELLING HAS BAD IT ACTUALLY IS UNTIL THE MANIFOLDS ARE REMOVED. QUOTED FOR WORST CASE SCENARIO (IF CYLINDER HEADS ARE USABLE) FOUND IT WAS WORSE THAN WE THOUGHT, THEY LEFT 2 BROKEN BOLTS IN EACH HEAD AND ATTEMPTED TO DRILL THEM OUT, THEY WERE NOT DRILLED STRAIGHT
- AFTER MARKET INTAKE JB WELDED. WILL NEED NEW INTAKE SYSTEM
- CYLINDER HEAD GASKET – Remove & Replace – 1500,V8,Gas/Ethanol Both – [Includes: Remove carbon and check surfaces for warpage. Includes adjust Valves (where applicable) and clean and adjust Spark Plugs.]

WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT WILL DEFAULT TO SAFE MODE AND TURN THE FANS ON CONSTANTLY AND DROP THE TEMP GAUGE DOWN. RECOMMEND REPLACING THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY AND REPLACING COOLANT TEMP SENSOR WITH OEM PART. CUSTOMER REPLACED IT WITH A GENERIC PART. NEED TO DRIVE AFTER REPAIRS TO DUPLICATE ELECTRICAL CONCERNS
- GOES ALL SORTS OF HAYWIRE, WILL CHANGE THE RADIO INPUTS, TOGGLE DISPLAY AND MESS WITH ALL THE GAUGES.

WE LIKE TO USE OE BRANDS AS THE CHEAP AFTER MARKET SEEM TO HAVE ISSUES MATCHING THIS CONCERN. WITH THE MILEAGE WE WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND A FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER AND HAVING CUSTOMER DRIVE AND REPORT BACK. SERPENTINE BELTS ARE BADLY CRACKED AS WELL
